DescriptionHarrison writes in reference to their letter proposing an addition of three pounds and 10 shillings to their estimate for the Antarctic Aurora plates, stating that Sir Archibald Geikie wants him to inform them that the Royal Society will need 1500 copies in total, comprising of two sets of 750, each of which is to be lettered differently for different volumes. Geikie has requested that, before they settle anything else, West Newman & Company send their inclusive estimate for the whole work on the basis of the increased charge.
