DescriptionHarrison encloses a blank form of certificate as requested, and highlights the directions printed on the back which state that it is necessary that it be signed by six or more Fellows of the Royal Society, of whom at least three must certify their recommendation from personal knowledge. The signatures must be on the form itself, as he cannot receive names sent to him separate from the certificate.
