TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir James Dewar, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date19 December 1907
DescriptionIn response to Dewar's note of that morning, Harrison sends a line to say that the arrangements have now been completed for the burial of Lord Kelvin in Westminster Abbey. The funeral will be at noon the following Monday, with places reserved for all Fellows of the Royal Society who wish to attend. A notice will appear in the newspapers the next day.

The pressure of work means that Harrison cannot write in his own hand or enquire about Dewar's health.
