He also notes the possibility of a supplementary certificate, bringing the qualifications up to date, if he can manage for it to be drawn up and signed by six Fellows [of the Royal Society], of whom three must certify their recommendation from personal knowledge, before the 31 December, but anticipates that the deadline may make it difficult. |
