DescriptionA copy of Professor [Arthur] Schuster's report on Dr Drysdale's paper on 'Luminous Efficiency and the Mechanical Equivalent of Light' is enclosed [not enclosed]. The manuscript can be sent to Larmor if desired. A letter has been received from Mr Whetham stating that he is willing to report on the two papers by F E Smith. The papers in question have not yet been received back from the first referee, Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt].
