Your letter of December 5, 1907 was laid before the President and Council at their meeting last week, and I have to inform you that a grant of £150 has been made to you from the Government Grant Urgency Fund to enable you to further study certain problems of geographical distribution with reference to environmental conditions in Mexico. Will you be good enough to fill up and return the enclosed form as soon as possible.'
