TitleCopy letter from Joseph Larmor and Archibald Geikie to The Secretary, Royal Geograhical Society
Date6 February 1908
DescriptionTwo volumes of the Discovery results which the Royal Society undertook to superintend are so far advanced that we confidently expect will be published before Easter. There will be at least one more volume that has yet to be received. It is impossible to say when this material will arrive, and impossible to say what the ultimate cost will be, however it appears that a considerable further sum will be required beyond what is already in the hands of the Royal Society.
