DescriptionHarrison has had a long talk with the Treasurer about the mode of keeping accounts in future and he has asked Harrison to let Keen know the plan which they propose to put into operation at once. Harrison describes the changes to the mode of keeping accounts they intend to make including analysing all accounts relating to publication by means of slips to be attached to bills and a new system of keeping the books.
