The referees ( Mr Alfred Harker and Sir Archibald Geikie) have reported in favour of the publication of the above paper in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society in full without modifications. . Will the Chairman please say whether he agrees to the printing of the paper proceeding at once under standing order 43. The estimates for the cost of the paper are £21 for the text printed and £12 for the plates.
