DescriptionProceedings [of the Royal Society] paper by E P Perman and R H Greaves, "The decomposition of Ozone by heat".
The above paper was considered by the Committee, together with an unfavourable report, the Committee authorised the secretary to withdrawal to the authors. Professor Collie (the second referee) reported that it was his opinion the paper should be published and therefore the Committee send the paper to a third referee. wrote that some of the experiments were unsatisfactory but that he believe the authors' conclusion to be justified. Harrison asks the Chairman whether he agrees with publication or not?
