DescriptionSir Archibald Geikie has sent Harrison Dr Harris' paper. Harrison notices that he frequently name two referees for Proceedings [of the Royal Society] papers. Harrison writes it is open for Dr Martin to take the opinion of as many people as he likes, but he mentions in case Dr Martin is under the impression that two referees are obligatory, which is only the case for Transactions [of the Royal Society] papers.
