DescriptionHarrison has Professor Vines' letter but is not allowed to add names to certificates in support of candidates. These must be actual signatures and cannot leave the house once sent in. Professor Vines could sign Mr Rendle's certificate at any time before the election. In the meantime Harrison will attach a notes to the certificate to go before the Council.
