TitleCopy letter from Archibald Geikie to Oliver and Boyd, Edinburgh
Date13 January 1908
DescriptionIt is understood from Dr Wilson that he has sent the material and lettering for the plates for the Antarctic volume and should receive from Swan a complete set of their reproductions. Letter asks for an estimate of the precise thickness of the volume. Discusses the size, weight and thickness of a book of the whole works. It might be most satisfactory if a dummy volume were put together from which a judgement can be made and this should be done with as little delay as possible.
