Professor Nuttall's report have been received and is against accepting for reading or publication by the [Royal] Society. Will the Chairman please advise as to the course to be adopted with regard to this paper. If the Chairman considers that the paper should not be accepted for reading, the communicator could be informed thereof, and would have the opportunity of withdrawing the paper entirely.
