In reply to your letter of March 13, the Obitury Notice of Prof. Pettrigrew is not wanted immediately, but if you could let us have it say by Easter, we should be glad as we shall soon be wanting to make up for publication a small batch of biographies of Fellows on the biological side, for issue in the B series of Proceedings [of the Royal Society].'
