TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to W B Keen
Date16 March 1908
DescriptionHarrison returns the proof of the rulings for the new cash book in which he suggests the following slight modifications. (1) The heading miscellaneous should have the word expenses address. (2) The heading "printing, miscellaneous and stationery" should be "printing, general and stationery" and that column should be immediately after "postages". (3) The space left after the last column of "grants from extraneous publications" might be divided into two with the headings "catalogue" and "sundries". (4) Increase the width of the "particulars" column by decreasing the margin. (5) The cash volumes are very close and could be given more space by increasing the width of the book by two inches.
