Description'Dear Sir,
At the last meeting of the Council the selection of a Croonian Lecturer was taken into consideration and it was referred to the Sectional Committees for Botany, Physiology and Zoology meeting, to consider and report to the Council. I should be glad to know when you think it would be suitable for a meeting to be held for the purpose. The Croonian Lecture is usually delivered at some time in May.'
