Description'Dear Sir,
At the last meeting of the Sleeping Sickness Therepeutical Sub-Committee, a payment of £25, was authorised to be made to you being the first instalment of the honorarium for the investigation work that you are carrying on in collaboration with Mr Plimmer. I shall be glad, if in the first instance, you will kindly let me know the commencing date of your investigation work in order that a note may be made here against payments.'
