Date14 April 1908
Description'Dear Dr Bashford,
With reference to your suggested exhibit for the Soiree on May 13, the Exhibits Committee think that a general exhibit illustrative of ascertained results in cancer research would certainly be of interest. It is not, however, considered desirable that living experimental animals should form part of the exhibition. Kindly fill up and return the accompanying schedule in the course of the next ten days.'
