DescriptionThe Council had before them the enclosed letter from the Home Office relating to an investigation into the disease known at "Glassworkers' cataract". Before deciding upon the terms of their reply to the letter, the Council desire to have the advice of the Sectional Committee for Physiology as to whether the proposed investigation is one which the Royal Society could appropriately undertake. .
