TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Messrs Williams & Norgate
Date12 May 1908
DescriptionHarrison regrets an enquiry of Messrs Williams and Norgate has been long unanswered. The subscription price arranged by the Council for the new series of the Proceedings [of the Royal Society] was for subscription in advance and not intended to cover the price of the completed volume. At the same time Harrison supposes that they should not insist upon the letter of the arrangement in cases where subscriptions had been accidentally delayed until after the appearance of the first number or two of a volume.
