DescriptionThe Council have accepted her proposal to exhibit some of her experiments on the Non-Periodic or Residual Motion of Water Moving in Stationary Waves at the Ladies' Soiree. Owing to exigencies of space, she will have to be placed in one of the bays in the Library, and if she can limit her exhibit to such apparatus as can be conveniently placed in that space, everything will be done to accommodate her. Sending a form for particulars, which she should fill in and return [no enclosures].
