Concentrated Solutions' is being send, along with a copy of a report by Professor Joseph Larmor [no enclosures]. The paper was communicated by Lord Berkeley with a view to its publication in 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', but Larmor thinks it would suit 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' better. Asks the Chairman to minute his opinion
