TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr S R Milner, Ocean View, Teignmouth
Date18 July 1908
DescriptionThere has been some difficulty in the matter of reproducing the photographs illustrating Milner's paper on the Electric Spark. Asks if he can call here to assist in the matter. The engravers cannot identify with certainty five or six of the subjects from his negatives. Also, the engravers state that the dots representing wave-lengths are not feasible. They might reproduce the little wave-length scale itself alongside each spectrum, but even they could not guarantee the accurate placing of the scale. He also does not state where he desires to have the scale reproduced.
