| Description | The Japanese Embassy have sent an application on behalf of Ordnance Lieutenant T Yonemura who wishes to consult Robertson's original manuscript of 'Constants of Explosion of Cordite and of Modified Cordite', an abstract which was published in 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' A 79. The full paper was deposited in the Archives. Asks if he has any objection to him consulting the full paper, on the understanding that he does not reproduce any of it. The Naval Attache explains Yonemura is studying questions relating to explosives and gunnery. |
