TitleCopy letter from Archibald Geikie, to Professor William Bateson, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date14 October 1908
DescriptionThe papers by Mr Doncaster and Misses Durham and Marryat, which were referred by him, have been recommended for the Reports of the Evolution Committee. Durham's previous paper forms part of the Evolution Report which is now ready for press, and Geikie would suggest that the two papers should be added to that Report. If Bateson agrees they will be set up immediately. The referee complained that he could not read the manuscript of the paper by the two ladies, and would like attention drawn to the 'Year Book' where suggestions are made regarding form.
