Date3 November 1908
DescriptionIt will not be possible to have proofs of Professor Pearson's paper on Welwitschia in time to post them to him by 12 November. It was sent to the first referee at the beginning of August with the request that he would if possible report on it not later than the 18 August, but he was not able to send his report until the last week in September. The manuscript and illustrations were then sent to the Chairman, and they are still in his hands.
