TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to W B Keen
Date9 November 1908
DescriptionThe Treasurer proposes to call the Finance Committee together to consider the draft accounts, and to arrange for the audit on 25 November. Hopes Keen will be able to make this fit in with his arrangements. The object of closing the accounts at the end of October was to enable the Royal Society to have the printed draft accounts ready to send around the the members of the finance Committee before their meeting. Regarding the new Lawes Trustee, it is not understood Lord Walshingham's procedure in the matter, but the Council have elected Alfred Lyttelton to the vacant Trusteeship.
