TitleCopy letter from Archibald Geikie to Sir J [James] Dewar
Date1 December 1908
Description'My dear Dewar,
In looking over the correspondence left by Lord Rayleigh for consideration I find that on April 8th Thorpe handed over to you the radium chloride on which he had been working and that he mentioned that you looked to have done with it towards end of May. May I ask if you have completed you work on it. Thorpe is anxious to have it back that he may finish his enquiries, and if you can let him have it I should be glad. As one or two of the applications have come in with which we cannot deal with the material in question is available.'
