TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to W H Oliver, HM Office of Works
Date2 December 1908
Description'My dear Sir,
Adverting to my letter of the 23rd November on the subject of the heating boiler recently fitted in this building, I understand that you have made a visit inspection here, and I shall now be very much obliged if you can advise me what steps should be taken to render the apparatus more efficient. It is reported to me that the consumption of fuel is almost double that required by the old boiler and nevertheless I received daily complaints that many of the coils in the building radiate hardly any heat at all.'
