Description'Dear Sir,
The last number of the Proceedings of the Royal Society issued on November 20th, was posted to your Library, addressed as follows:- The Librarian, Academie des Sciences, Toulouse, France.
The number has been returned here by the Post Office at Toulouse, marked "inconnu".
I shall be glad to know whether the address we are in the habit of using (as above) is sufficient to ensure the regular delivery of the Proceedings to the Academy of Sciences, or if not, how the packets should be directed.'
