Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor J [John] Rose Bradford, Secretary of the Royal Society |
Date | 11 December 1908 |
Description | 'Letter from India Office. The enclosed from the india office has come this morning and points, I fear, to the necessity of the Indian Advisory Committee meeting next week. What shall we do? They must have good notice, and the simplest alternative would seem to be to put it on Friday at say 4 o'clock and put the Animal Diseases earlier the same afternoon. Could you manage that or can you skip the Animal Diseases? Better still perhaps to put the full Committee first, say, 3 o'clock and leave the Animal Diseases as already summoned for 4.30. That would put some sort of limit on the deliberations of the larger Committee.' |
