Description'We wish to enquire of you concerning the dispatch of some parcels of books to various addresses of institutions in North and South America. The parcels weigh 11 or 12 pounds and there would be 20 or 30 of them.
Would you be willing to undertake the dispatching of them through the smithsonian agency, and if so would you kindly give me an idea of what the terms would be, when I would communicate with you further on the matter.
I should be glad to hear from you by Monday morning, The parcels contain volumes of the reports of the natural antarctic expedition.'
