DescriptionArchibald Geikie has informed Harrison that the Selborne Society are desirous of arranging a visit of a detachment and the [Royal] Society is always anxious to show courtesy to other Societies. Harrison is most ready to carry out the wishes of the Council in respect consistently with the ordinary work and arrangements of the Royal Society. Harrison suggested the Secretary come and see him on the subject, Harrison is mostly disengaged between 11.30 and 1 in the morning or between 2.30 and 4 in the afternoon any day except for Thursday and Saturday.'
