TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor Joseph Larmor, Secretary of the Royal Society
Date5 January 1909
Description'Paper by Lord Berkeley and C V Burton entitled "Contribution to the osmotic theory of solution" etc.
The paper by Wood and Hard came safely to hand this morning.
A long explanatory letter with reference to his latest paper on the Osmotic Theory has been received from Lord Berkeley, together with the manuscript 'modified as much as possible to meet the referee's suggestions'. Lord Berkeley's letter and the enclosures have not previously been sent on to Professor Larmor owing to some doubt as to his movements. Will Professor Larmor please say whether they should now be forwarded to him at Helen's bay, or whether they should be retained at the Royal Society to await his return here.'
