As I understand from Professor Larmor that he has been in communication with you about the date of reading of Dr George Simpson's paper on the Electricity of Rain, which was announced in Nature as a 'probable paper'' for January 21st, I write to inform you that Professor Larmor has now decided to put Dr Simpson's paper down for reading on Thursday, February 4th.'
