From your letter of January 11th I understand that the Chemical Sun-Committee of the Indian Government Advisory Committee have had under consideration the various documents submitted recently to the Committee by the India Office, and I write to say that, if this is the case, it would be a great convenience to received the report from the Sub-Committee so soon as it is drawn up, in view of the desirability of holiday a meeting of the full Committee at an early date.'
