DescriptionThe Royal Society have been actively been pursuing the investigation into Glass workers Cataract and are conducting experiments from which it is hoped valuable results may be obtained. The Royal Society is desirous of affording every assistance to HM Government, but he Society has no funds of its own which it can allocate to such purposes, the President and Council have authorised the Committee to proceed with the investigation, on the assumption that funds to meet the expenses will be provided by HM Government.
