In reply to your letter of January 26, applications for aid from the Publication Grant are by regulation considered only at the meetings of the Council held in January and July. I am sorry to have to inform you that your letter, making application for a grant in aid of the illustrations to Dr Fowler's paper, arrived several days too late to be considered at the meeting of the Council last month.
Unless I hear from you to the contrary, your application will be placed before the Council at their meeting in July.' |
