Date10 February 1909
Description'Dear Sir,
In reply to your letter of the 6th instant, I have ascertained that Mr Plimmer, who is in charge of the work at the Brown Institution for the Sleeping Sickness Commission of the Royal Society, has made a report to the Brown Institution which covers the work done by Captain Batemen, who was assisting him. IT will therefore be unnecessary to have a separate report on Captain Bateman's work.'
