TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to The Supervisor, Mayfair Telephone Exchange, Bird Street, Oxford Street
Date22 February 1909
Description'Dear Sir,
Some time since I requested, over the telephone, that attention might be given to one of the extension instruments in this building, which for some time has acted very imperfectly with regard, at any rate, to the receiver. No notice has been taken of this request, as not infrequently happens when such requests are made by telephone. I therefore now repeat it in writing and shall be obliged by your sending some one down with as little delay as possible to attend to this instrument.'
