DescriptionHarrison is writing to the Post Officer for the particulars of the conditions of registration for the purposes of the Canadian Magazine Post. The Royal Society have been rather discouraged in such efforts and Harrison explains issues that have affected them in the past. This Magazine Post, however, seems to be something distinct and if they succeed in getting the Royal Society placed on the Register if will probably effect in saving the Society some money.
