TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to The Director-General, Survey Department, Giza, Egypt
Date27 February 1909
DescriptionWith reference to the Director General's letter acknowledging receipt of the Album of Photographs and Sketches and of Panoramas of the National Antarctic Expedition, and drawing attention to the imperfection of the portfolio of panoramas. The Royal Society have applied to the publishers, Messrs Oliver and Boyd, who are at a loss to understand how this has happened. Under the circumstances Harrison fears all that can be done is to suggest that if they have not yet stamped the plates they should be returned to the Royal Society and they will send another perfect copy.
