TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to L B Fleming, Norwod Villa, Hanwell
Date18 December 1890
DescriptionRix notes that the Royal Society's other engravers make rough tissue-paper tracings of the figures and stick them on sheets of paper to indicate the arrangement. Rix will have to write to Dr Beevor to ascertain whether he can send any spoilt positaes[?] for the purpose. Rix should have mentioned in his previous memorandum that the last paper Fleming illustrated was much delayed, to the delay of the subsequent papers in the volume, and the Secretaries will be glad if in Fleming's estimate he will state by what date he expects the plates to be completed.
