DescriptionMr [John Isaac] Thornycroft's certificate can be resuspended at the request of any one who has already signed it. It has not yet been signed by Thomson and it is not customary for members of Council to sign. The following are some of the names attached to the certificate; Professor [Alexander Blackie William] Kennedy, Sir Frederick Joseph Bramwell, Professor [William Edward] Ayrton, Professor [William Cawthorne] Unwin, Professor [John] Perry, Professor James Thomson and Professor Grant.
