TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs W B Keen & Company, 3 Church Row
Date4 February 1891
DescriptionIn answer to a letter in which Rix once more raised the points originally questioned by Mr Keen about three years ago relative to the Royal Society paying income tax upon the income of the Scientific Relief Fund, Rix has received a communication from the Inland Revenue Office but merely to the fact that they are still awaiting the decision in the case of the Moravian Trustees. It seems the appeal was only heard last March and the judgement has not yet been delivered.
