TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Reverend Dr Henry William Watson, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date19 February 1890
DescriptionRix regrets to say that a new certificate involves new signatures. For the scale of an addition such as Rix proposes to Mr Burbury's certificate, it would scarcely be worthwhile. The whole matter is about to be considered by the Statutes Committee and Rix hopes some way will be found of making additions to certificates after they have been signed.
