DescriptionThe £100 voted from the Scientific Relief Fund was placed in the hands of Dr Russell to be apportioned by him. Rix has written to Russell asking him to let Bell know as soon as possible what portion of the contribution will be added to the fund which is being raised for purchasing a life annuity for Mr Rodwell. Rix returns Sir Gabriel Stoke's letter in accordance with Bell's wish [not attached]
