TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Fowler
Date20 January 1890
DescriptionRix does not understand what Fowler means by the two papers still in hand and lists the papers for this session: 'Further discussion of the sunspot', received 27 June, read 21 November, published 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' XLVI; 'Variability in condensing swarms of meteorites' received 27 June, read 21 November, published XLVI; 'Spectra of nebulae & stars of groups I & II', received 9 November, read 19 December, in printers for 'Proceedings' number 286; 'The presence of bright carbon flutings', received 23 November, read 19 December, 'Proceedings' 286; and 'Chief line Nebulae' of which Fowler has just returned the proof. The delay in publishing was caused by the President's address.
