DescriptionRix promised to bring Mr Andrews' application before Council but has not yet communicated the results to him so he cannot tell where Andrews obtained the incorrect information as to the result. The Council did not grant the blocks, but clichés which will be taken by the Royal Society's own printers who will then send the clichés to Nursey with the bill. Andrews has not told Rix which papers he is going to republish. If Nursey will send on the reprint which accompanied Andrews' note to Nursey, Rix shall be able to identify them and will give the order for the clichés without delay.
